flyingmada only reason I asked that maybe the new version has something to do with this. So if you roll back to the older version and see if that fixes it, it means the newer version has an issue, and preferably open a support ticket with MSFT.

Helper INot intentionally but yes, it appears I have the updated version. Why would that change how it exports to PDF and is there a fix?
