Exporting Power BI dashboard to Power Point

Hi I did google this but I found that only POwer BI Service can be exported to Power Point but not the Desktop. I was thinking if it is possible to export Power BI desktop dashboard to PowerPoint an...

    Hey lastnn30 ,

     

    I guess you mean reports and not dashboards. That's a big difference in Power BI.

     

    But to answer your question, no that's not possible. The PowerPoint Add-In is opening a report that is hosted in the Power BI Service. A PowerBI file that is only saved in your hard drive cannot be opened by the Power Point Add-In.
