Exporting Full Matrix rows to PDF

Hi,

i wanted to know if there is a way to export the whole matrix within my power bi report to a PDF file without using paginated reports? exporting to pdf in a power bi report only takes a snapshot of the table as viewed by the user, i want to export the whole table instead in a single pdf file with as many pages needed to fill the content, but i also dont want to use paginated reports, if possible

    Hello Hussein_charif ,

Currently, exporting the entire matrix or table in Power BI to PDF (beyond the visible part) without using paginated reports has some limitations. The default PDF export function in Power BI only captures what is visible on the screen, resulting in a snapshot of the current view.

You can try the below and see if this works.

    1. Export the matrix to Excel (Export Data option from the visual).
    2. Once in Excel, format the table/matrix as needed and export it to PDF.
    3. This ensures the entire dataset is exported without visual limitations.

If you find this helpful , please mark it as solution which will be helpful for others and Your Kudos/Likes 👍 are much appreciated!

the thing is i have an already created power bi report, that has a filter page and the main page that shows the matrix data based on my filters done on the filter page, is that doable in a paginated report? can i do 1 page for slicers and the other shows me the filtered matrix?
