I am looking to pull specific columns from several tables and queries in power bi (that is not a distinct visual, wanted to generate this excel or cvs file for a different reason).
How is this done?

I have a few columns from my sales table that I want to extract, and a few columns from my StateCounty FIPS Code table into excel from my Power BI (they are different queries and tables). I have no visual that captures this data, so I cannot export in that way. I need them copied into excel for other reasons, but if I copy & paste the columns needed from the transform data tab (the queries directly) - they only copy the first 1,000 rows, which I have about 20,000 rows, so it isn't helpful. Does that answer your question?
Are you unable to Merge the sources you mentioned using Excel Power Query? What type of help are you in need of?
Unclear a bit, though I understand your request that you would like to create a dataset that you are able to connect to with Excel as a datasource. Do you have a plan in mind, and the sources/source types mapped in a diagram yet? What type of help do you need to accomplish this?
