I need your help.Actually i have created one report which have Number of KPIs,Charts and matrix visualization for each kpi for 12 months for 5 years. Actually on matrix view when i select export to excel option on more options menu, it takes around 80-90 seconds to export summerised data to excel.(the data is not more than 5years and 12 month i.e.5*12=60 marks only)still it takes much time. Please help me with you valuable suggestions to reduce time required for export to excel functionality. I am using import connection and my data is not more than few MB. Regards, Arundhati

Usually, it should not spend more than one minute to export data with large dataset. For you scenario, please check if your report contains too much data and complex report definition. Also check if the network is under heavy load. You can try to clear the cache of web browser. And re-publish the report to service for a test.
