Hi @chyang0107 ,

Yes, the Export Data function is available in the Power BI app web , which is the Power BI Service accessed via a browser.

In the Power BI web app (Power BI Service), when viewing a table visual, you'll typically find the "Export Data" option by clicking the ellipsis () in the top-right corner of the visual. Export options available (depending on permissions and admin settings). We can Export as .csv, .xlsx and Export summarized data or underlying data(if allowed)
.

If you are not able to see the Export data option, then it could be due to your Power BI admin might disabled the Export for that report or workspace. Or report developer might disabled the export option for specific visuals.

If you don’t see the Export Data icon:

  1. Click the visual’s (more options) , see if "Export data" appears.
  2. Ask the report creator or Power BI admin if export is disabled.
  3. Check the visual's settings in Power BI Desktop (before publishing) under:
    • Visual → Properties→ Header Icons(check if disabled)->If Enabled check Icons->More Options(check if disabled).
