Export data from a visual with additional fields not shown in the chart
AnkitaaMishra Please ensure to select below options when exporting data from the visual in PBI Service -
Export data > Summarized data > .xlsx (Excel only) / .csv options
If User wants live connection to the data, can use 1st option as well.
Checkout below examples -
1. Tooltip - Product added in Tooltip
2. Axis level Hierarchy - Product added in X-axis, but not drilled upto Product.

Hi Rupa01 , thanks for the reply!
I can see that the export includes the Product column when I test it in Power BI Desktop. However, when I export the same visual from the Power BI Service, I don't see the Product-level details in the exported file. Is there a setting or configuration in the Service that I might be missing? Thanks!
