Good time of day!
Friends, tell me, when will it be available in the Desktop version of uploading to an Excel file?
Now it is very inconveniently done. You have to replace the commas in the text values of PowerQuery, then upload them to a CSV file, then do "text by columns" in Excel with comma separators, and in the final step again change the dots in the text values to commas.
Why not make an upload from visualizations directly to Excel? Moreover, it is also a Microsoft product.
I implement the Power BI RS and Desktop product in companies - there are a lot of people who don't like that there is no such upload.
I would appreciate a response from Microsoft.
With respect,
Sergei

@ReyCarter
I afraid this kind of feature is unlikely to be included. Power bi has better visualization system while excel is also very limited to sharing reports which power bi overcomes it. They are just 2 separate products with some similarities.

I tried this and it worked.
Step 1: Go the column/measure where you cant see comma and decimal after export to excel/csv.
Step 2: Remove the comma and decimal from that column/measure in data view of power bi. Change the decimal to none or 0 or auto whatever the first option is. and then remove the comma by clicking on it.
Step 3 :Now you have to readd. Click again on that column and first Click on decimal . Add 2 decimal(Just an example).
Step 4 : Then comma would be auto selected otherwise not shown then select the comma too.
I know it sounds weird to remove and readd, but that worked for me several times.
