According to your description, you need to deploy Microsoft Power BI Desktop in AWS Cloud. There are three ways you can use as reference:

Install Microsoft Power BI Desktop on an Amazon EC2 instance

Install Microsoft Power BI in an Amazon WorkSpaces environment

Install Microsoft Power BI in an Amazon AppStream 2.0 environment
