Does your data source refer to the known issues data source in the power bi support website.
If it is R and Pathon, according to the information, it has been fixed before April 24, 2022, do you still have this problem now.

this is simple static data connected to G Drive. Once i simply "cancel refresh" and do "apply " again , it workds like a charm
