Existing Power BI Report into Paginated Report?
Hello, I have created a report on the desktop version. I have now been asked to paginate the report so that it can be exported into a pdf for paper copies of the report. I have been trying to find a way to do this, but it seems I should have build the report first using the "paginated report" visual in power bi. Is this correct? Will I need to build my report all over again using that visualization? Or is there a hack that will convert an existing power bi report into a paginated report that can be exported into a pdf? Thanks in advance for the replies.
JohnnyR paginated reports are completely different than reports (visualizations) created by Power BI desktop. You must recreate your report using report builder and then embed it in the Power BI desktop using a paginated report visual.

Hi JohnnyR
You can use the Paginated Report Visual in the power bi desktop and select Create paginated report to go to the Power bi service.
Or you can click the (...) of the report in the power bi service and select Create paginated report.
Both of these methods make it quick and easy to create and export paginated reports, but they lack some functionality compared to using Report Builder.
Here for your reference:
Or you can install the report builder to create paginated report:
