ExecuteXmla failed with result

Hi Team,

Getting this 'ExecuteXmla failed with result' error message when opening a .pbix file downloaded from Power BI Service. 

I can open other local files, this is only occurring to this particular file. 

I have updated the PBI desktop to the latest version, also tried with the previous version, and still not working.
