I have a customer who has set of excel files to be give as input and upload the Power BI reports to cloud service.
Could you please let me know the ways where I can keep my excel files input in cloud regions ?

For more details about how to build a report by data source in Onedrive:
Use OneDrive for Business links in Power BI Desktop
To upload your excel into sharepoint, you need to build a site first.
Blog: Create a site in SharePoint
Then upload your excel into the documents in sharepoint.
Other steps are the same as upload files into Onedrive.
