Hi folks,
I have a client who provided me their VM, SQL DB credentials, etc. The SQL query refreshes just fine. For some reason, on Power BI Service, it is having an error refreshing this static CSV file. Everything is On-Premise, I'm using a Data Gateway (not in personal mode).
The CSV currently lives in the VMs Desktop .. has anyone had an issue like this?

@Anonymous
Whether it is possible to provide detailed information about the error occurred when refreshing the CSV file, you can check it in Refresh history:

@Anonymous , and that VMDesktop can be accessed by the on-premise gateway?
Or create a shared folder and make sure on premise machine have access to that.
