Impactful IndividualEstimates for CFO Dashboard
Overall objective is to provide a centralized financial dashboard for CFO to monitor key metrics like revenue, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance trends for decision making.
Number of dashboards are One primary CFO dashboard is expected and additional detailed report pages may be included for drilldowns if required.
KPIs or metrics are approximately 10–20 key financial KPIs like Revenue, EBITDA, Margin %, Cash Flow, Forecast vs Actuals
Data source so data will be sourced from structured systems such as Snowflake or SQL, with possible Excel inputs for supplementary data.
Real-time requirement is near real-time is not mandatory and a scheduled refresh like daily or hourly is sufficient unless specified otherwise.
Device compatibility is primarily desktop usage.
Integration or embedding so, no embedding required initially and dashboard will be accessed via Power BI Service which can be extended later if needed.
Concurrent users are Estimated 10–50 users, mainly leadership and finance teams.
Consumption method is that users will access via Power BI Service and periodic exports like PDF/PPT may be required for reporting.
Data readiness so sata is expected to be available and mostly clean with minor transformations may be required within Power BI.

All of these questions really are based on you, your company and your CFO. What KPI's should be on it? Well, what matters to your organization and to the CFO? What is standard in your industry? How many KPI's matter (and therefore, how many do you need)?
In Power BI there is a difference between a Dashboard and a Report. Frankly, I would think that if this is for a CFO then a regular report, in an app with a mobile version is the way to go.
You asked about real time? Well, how often does the CFO really look at this information? I would be surprised if it is more than 1 time a day, unless you are having some sort of instant sales numbers to track with the volume to warrant this type of report and the licensing required to have something refreshing that often.
All your other questions are quite internal to your organization and CFO - where are your data sources so you know how to obtain the data. Where does the CFO expect to see the data - in Power BI on their phone, or on a PC at the desk or inside of a separate tool where you need to embed it?
As for examples, just do a quick search on Bing or Google or wherever and search for "examples of CFO report with KPI's" and you will see many, many examples of what other people are doing.
