Estimated TCO
i am calculating total cost of ownership per month for 100 Power BI users which includes 10 developers , i have considered pro license based on number of users which is not large ( >=500) , do i need to consider any infrastructure cost? or any other cost type for calculating TCO
Total cost= 100 users with pro license = 1680
Your current calculation of ~$1,680/month for 100 Power BI Pro users is correct, but it only covers the license layer of TCO. If you stay on Pro with shared capacity, there is no direct infrastructure cost, so your baseline is accurate for a small-scale setup. However, you should consider potential future costs such as Fabric/Premium capacity, especially if performance, data volume, or refresh limits become an issue.
