Error when trying to pin visuals

I'm still getting an error when trying to pin visualizations.  I tried to edit/save first but I get the same error:  "Sorry, can't pin visualization yet"   Any ideas on workarounds or estimates for an enduring soultion?

I was out for the holiday and didn't get to submit a ticket, but when I tried this morning it is working.

I spoke too soon.  It only works on 1 or 2 of my reports.  It is consistently inconsistent.  

Oh, and the support ticket option doesn't want to work either.  It requires you to sign in, but when you click the sign in option it just takes you to your PowerBI reports......
