Error when trying to log in

Hi team 

I get an error message when trying to login i get the below error message. Or actually first it tells me my account doesn't exist (when using my "onmicrosoft email". Then when using my normal email I get this message. 

Would appreciate guidance.

Update: I managed to solve it by logging in to PowerBI web, downloading and reinstallling the desktop app, logging in and when the pop-up appears selecting work/school account, I had ovb. tried that earlier but this time it worked.
