Error when i refresh

I get this error whe I refresh my dashboard any idea

    0x80040E4E = likely missing or invalid column reference
    0x80040E1D = likely SQL syntax error
    Other tables failed because these two broke first


    Fix: Check column names, query syntax, and recent schema changes in P_MDT013_IGC_ACTIONS and LIGHTHOUSE_CALENDAR. Refresh them individually to isolate the issue.
