Error when creating a scheduled refresh
Hi, I was able to update the data source credentials in the Desktop and make them with no restrictions, after that I published the report online and updated the credentials there - this unlocked the Refresh option.

I think you would have taken the excel file from your local system. Or one of your source is On-Prem and not reachable to power bi service. Please open this file in power bi desktop and click on datasource settings and share the screenshot. Or you can share the dataset lineage screenshot in power bi service.
If your sql server is on-prem then you would need a gateway connection configured. Or if you have taken the file from your local machine then you need to place the excel file in onedrive or sharepoint and then publish the file again then you will be able to schedule the refresh.
