Error when Refreshing a Data Table

I have loaded 254 tables ("Queries" in PBI) and then appended them into one table with over 25 million rows.  I had to delete 145k  rows because of formatting issues.  The table still shows the old number of rows as I had before I deleted the 145k.  I tried to "Refresh Data" for the table, I get an error message that says: "The device is not ready."  I don't know what this means. How do I get the table to update for the deleted rows?

Hi @awillem,

How did you delete the 154K rows? Delete from data source? Or delete in "Queries" which have been loaded to desktop? Please add an index column to table in desktop, check whether the maximum number of index is changed after deleting 154K rows.
