Error on refresh

Hi All,

 

Any ideas why i am getting this error when i refresh the source ?

 

The formulas seem correct as work before refresh.Capture.PNG

Solved extra column was added in my access db and neded to be added in the unpivot step.

 

in case anyone has the same issue
