Upload the PBI file and source Excel files to Google Drive and share the download link.

That requires a login to access it.
Can't you save the file to OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive and link to it?

That takes me to a sign-in page. Also share the download link of the PBi file where the problem is occuring.
