The error you're seeing usually happens when we try to connect to a Google Sheet using the "Web" connector with just the sheet’s URL which Power BI doesn't support for this type of operation.
Instead, you should use the dedicated "Google Sheets" connector.
Here's how: In Power BI Desktop, go to Home → Get Data → More → Search for "Google Sheets" and select it. Then click Connect. Sign in with your Google account when prompted and allow access.
After that, you’ll see your available Google Sheets just select the one you want and click Load.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of Power BI and are signed in properly.
