Hi LFM ,

1. Please make sure that the users are correctly added to the relevant roles in the RLS setup. Double-check if they have been assigned the proper roles in the Power BI Service:

  • Go to the Date Set in the Power BI Service and click the three dots (...) next to the data set, select Security, make sure the users are explicitly added to the roles here.

2. Sometimes a data source may cause a visual object to load incorrectly. For example, if the data source connection times out or if some column names in the data source have changed, it may cause the issue.

3. There can be a delay or issue with syncing RLS settings. You may want to try removing a user from the role, saving it, and then adding them back to force a refresh.
