Error fetching data for this visual

No issues in the desktop app but when updated on web, I get the below error. Please help!

Hi @ddayanand 

May I ask what your data source is? If it is a local data source, make sure the gateway is configured correctly and try to update the credentials. Moreover, ensure that other users have the necessary permissions to access the data source.

needs more details. Is this on a Shared or Premium capacity? Workspace or app?

It is shared with other users but I am the owner of the report. It does not work on workspace.

Are you sharing to Web?  Are you using a composite data model?
