Error displaying graphs in BI

how can manage this error. we couldn't fix it.
it appears in all graphics.

Currently, according to your screenshot, the problem is caused by map and filled map visuals are disabled, refer to the screenshot I provided.Pls enable the below:

What does it say when you click the link "See details"...?
Hi. when I click in the link it show me this. but my with my admin, we dont't know how to change it.
