I have seen a few posts on Erlang-C but none for Erlang-A have jumped out at me, if there is an ongoing post on this topic I'd appreciate a link to that please.
Hi,
I have been working on shamelessly copying the Erlang Calculator from https://www.callcentrehelper.com into PowerBI thanks to the working example article erlang-c-formula-example
However, there is the abandon rate column which isn't covered in the worked example as it is from Erlang-A. callcentrehelper don't have a worked example for Erlang-A, they only have the formula that's used - and that without any variable definitions. a-beginners-guide-to-the-erlang-a-formula
I've searched and found an article from Calabrio which, whilst not exact, does show some similarities to the formula. Especially for A(x,y) and rho.
Unfortunately, substituting this into the callcentrehelper formula fails to match what is showing on their calculator results.
My question then, has anyone had experience creating an Erlang calculator with abandon % in PowerBI, and which formula and variables were used?
I have managed to get exact matches for all of the Erlang-C output, just need the abandon % column.
Thank you
