Equivalent to OFFSET excel funcion

Hello!,

 

Estoy intentando aplicar esta funcion:

Tiene que sumar una lista empezando por 1 (el primer contador) y que acabe en 37 (el segundo contador). Ambos contadores van cambiando a medida que pasan las semanas, por lo que necesitaría poder referenciar la formula a estas dos "celdas" o "medidas".

 

He intentado crear una lista con alguna función que he visto, pero me aparece como "no encontrada":

En mi pbi los datos se encuentran asi:

me tendria que sumar la columna dilution hasta la fila numero 22, empezando desde la fila ... (os pongo donde tengo el otro parametro:)

... hasta la fila TL (numero que va cambiando dependiendo del ID).

 

En resumidas cuentas, lo que necesito que haga es que mire cuánto tiempo en semanas (TL) lleva trabajando el empleado (ID) y que ese valor le diga en qué punto de su LC (horas efectivas de trabajo en una tarea) tiene que empezar a sumar,  terminando la suma en la semana 22 (en la que dejaría de trabajar).  Esto me daria las horas efectivas de trabajo que le quedan

 

Hasta ahora las formulas que he buscado no se acercan al offset, ni si quiera en los cursos.

You can try to create a calculated column and get the contents of the previous row through TL sorting. Similar DAX as follows.

 col = CALCULATE (
        SUM ( 'Table1'[Dilution] ),
        FILTER (
            'Table',
            'Table'[TL]
                = EARLIER ( 'Table'[TL] ) - 1
                && 'Table'[ID] = EARLIER ( 'Table'[ID] )
        ))


If the problem persists, please create pbix with the sample data and share the link, and describe the results you expect.
