Can i add a dummy row in matrix visualization?
I am able to show the data which is there in source but if i want to add extra row then will i be able to add?

Yupp, This is possible.
Go in Modeling tab then select New Table then follow this dax.
TableWithDummyRow =
VAR PrevTable = CALCULATETABLE('DataSet')
VAR DummyRow = DATATABLE("Id",INTEGER,"Date",DATETIME,"Name",STRING,"Value",INTEGER,
{
{100,"01/01/2018","Z",1000}
})
Return UNION(DummyRow,PrevTable)
