Employee count by Utilization segments

Hello Power BI Community, 

I have a Power BI report where I am calculating the Employee Utilization%. 
In the AttendanceTable there can be multiple records per each date for any employee. 
Now I need to calaculate the employees count in different Utilization% segments like 0-10%,11-20%,....>100%. 
I need to place these segments on x-axis of bar chart. The Employees count should be on the y-axis. 
Additionally I need to display the details of all employees in a table visual, When any segment in the bar chart is selected, I will have to filter the table visual to show only employee who have fallen under that segment.
I already have the Utilization% measure which is calculated using the data from AttendanceTable. 
Note: Each employee's utilization can vary from time to time. I have a timeperiod slicer on the canvas. When any enduser selects a timeperiod, the counts will change in each segment. Hence creating a utilization% column in the AttendanceTable didn't work. 
Any help will be great appreciated. Thanks!!!!

Hi @Prade ,

You need a measure of utilization% instead of a calculated column.

Measures are dynamic while calculated columns are static.
