Embedding Fresh Message Web Messenger Into Report

Hi All,

 

We use Fresh Messenger for IT support requests and would like to embed the web messenger widget within a report. 

It is written in javascript.

 

Is this possible and if so how can it be done please?

what exactly is "Fresh Messenger"?

If it's the one from Freshworks.com it seems like there is a connection to Power BI. Check out the following website:

https://www.freshworks.com/apps/freshservice/freshservice_on_powerbi/
