Hello everyone,
we have a report which has embedded PowerBI on 20+ slides and currently we have to:
1) Click through all slides to load all the visuals
2) Wait on every slide to load after clicking it / during presentation
Is there any way to load all slides when the file is open?
Only solution I found so far is to create a makro which "clicks" trough all the slides but it is quite cumbersome.
Thank you for the tips.

Hi @janvokac ,
Power BI itself does not provide the function of loading all PPT pages with one click, and if you choose Embed live data to PowerPoint, these loads are necessary because it needs to go back to the data source of the report to obtain the latest data, and then feed it back to the PPT to display the latest data, which takes time.
This is the only place I found in all the official documentation that mentions optimizing loading performance. Please check it out to see if it helps:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-power-bi-powerpoint-add-in-what...
In addition, your needs may be more inclined to Powerpoint rather than Power BI itself, but this is a Power BI forum, and I cannot provide professional Powerpoint technical support. You may be able to seek help in Powerpoint-related forums.
Best Regards,
Dino Tao
