I don't see the email text box if a user is invited and have row level security applied to the user.
The issue is that I want this user to subscribe more user where data is filtered depening upon user who created the subscription.
For example, admin invite a user to access dashboard. Data is protected from user using row level security. User accept ad access the dashbaord and create subscription but he is not ble to see email text box to add more emails in subscription.

Which subscription role. As per, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/service-admin-rls
Workspace members assigned Admin, Member, or Contributor have edit permission for the dataset and, therefore, RLS doesn’t apply to them. If you want RLS to apply to people in a workspace, you can only assign them the Viewer role
