I thought this should be very easy, but I can not figure out how to show a line or bar chart of how many email submissions I get per day, month, quarter ect.
I have an export from our CRM of the last 2 years that shows the time stamp of submission, name, email, comments and so each on a seperate row. Can you show me how to make a bar, or line chart, of how many emails I get per-day, per-month, per-quarter, and per-year?
I know the x-axis should be the date, but what do select as the y-axis? This is what I'm having trouble with.
In the spreadsheet, the date format is like this: 12/20/2017
In PowerBi, it shows the same date as: Wednesday, December 20, 2017
Maybe this is normal, but I don't know.
Thank you for your help.
