Hi Power BI Community!
Slowly I get crazy: I watch this video: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-reports-visual-interactions
So Edit Interaction should be very helpful and easy but no in my version (currently September 2019 - next week update)
I want if someone click on a chart value the other charts filter after that value (see video min. 2:38 - 2:50).
But nothing happens except show my filters. I hope you can help me.

The Filter Button you are showing there will only display the current filters applied to that particular visual but, you cannot configure how the interaction works,
Select a visual on the right, now you can click on the desired button on the left visual you can Filter, highlight, or diable interaction.
