Edit data set published report
ah, thanks Anonymous , this appears to be the case therefore I can't change it.
If it's of any use for others this is the work around I have found (although clearly not ideal). I was able to save the datamodel to my desktop and then open it in the desktop app. This helps me explore the datamodel and see the formulas if I need to do that. I can also download the visuals in another file then copy and past across to recreate my original report. It's not ideal but it appears to work.
Thank you Anonymous for your swift reply. No, I did not enter the data manually. I have a bunch of tables, some with a mix of data and measures I created, all the tables are linked together in relationships etc. I want to be able to get back into one of those tables (or maybe all of them, it's my dataset after all!) and be able to create new measures, see how the old ones were created (I don't remember them all) etc. The datasource is sharepoint, in case that's relevant.
Query 0 is all I get when I click on 'transform data' but what I want is to enter into my original tables that are live feeding data from sharepoint.
If you have any idea on how to do that, I would be really greateful. I'm going round in loops.
Many thanks
Laura
