Edit Interactions doesnt work

Hi,

I am having problem excluding two charts from interacting with period slicer. I used edit interaction to de-link charts from the slicer. However when i do that my data completely dissapears. This issue started happening since feb 2022 update. I can't seem to exlude the chart interacting with the slicer. Is there any workaround this issue?

@dokat  I understood the problem , while you stopped interaction with L4W,YTD etc the chart is not appearing the reason the chart values are coming from SELECTEDVALUE function based on the Slicer value.

So , if you stop interact with the slicer there is no Selectedvalue from the slicer and the Chart Muted!

Hi @dokat

I am not user why u want to turn off intraction, because you are showing value in column based on SELECTEDVALUE of the slicer.
What ever, if you want to turn off intraction, you need to declare default value. Please find the two DAX below and change the default value as per your requirement (means if no slicer selected, what need to show) in blue line.

POS Dollar TY = VAR _slicer = SELECTEDVALUE('POS CY'[Slicer])
RETURN
SWITCH(
TRUE(),
_slicer="L52W",Calculate(SUM('POS'[Values]),'POS CY'[Slicer] IN {"L52W"},'POS'[Measures] IN {"Dollars"}),
_slicer="L4W",Calculate(SUM('POS'[Values]),'POS CY'[Slicer] IN {"L4W"},'POS'[Measures] IN {"Dollars"}),
_slicer="YTF",Calculate(SUM('POS'[Values]),'POS CY'[Slicer] IN {"YTD"},'POS'[Measures] IN {"Dollars"}),
SUM('POS'[Values]))

POS Unit TY = VAR _unit = SELECTEDVALUE('POS CY'[Slicer])
RETURN
SWITCH(
TRUE(),
_unit="L52W",Calculate(SUM('POS'[Values]),'POS CY'[Slicer] IN {"L52W"},'POS'[Measures] IN {"UNITS"}),
_unit="L4W",Calculate(SUM('POS'[Values]),'POS CY'[Slicer] IN {"L4W"},'POS'[Measures] IN {"UNITS"}),
_unit="YTF",Calculate(SUM('POS'[Values]),'POS CY'[Slicer] IN {"YTD"},'POS'[Measures] IN {"UNITS"}),
SUM('POS'[Values]))

@dokat

Strange ! it should not happen simply because of changing interaction. is it possible to share the pbix after removing classified information?!
