EMERGENCY || Sudden GATEWAY Error

My Reports in in Service Refreshed with help of Cloud Gateway for last 6 months, the Data source was Amazon Redshift.
But suddunly yesterday an error shows like this 


Kindly help me to resolve this error

    Validate that the gateway VMs are up and running and that they pass their network tests.

    I just checked the  connection status and it shows ONLINE

      Validate that the gateway VMs are up and running (by logging in to each of them via RDP) and that they pass their network tests (by running the test in the management app)

        Can you explain this ellobaratly please

        what is gateway VMs  and RDP.

        PLEASE PROVIDE ME STEPS...
