Dear Data People!
I have a intresting business case to solve!
I have a table, which is the front page, which contains ( summary) the list of new tickets opened ( based on ticket open date).
Now i am just thinking, if we can generate a detail page, which contains the details of ticket and one page per ticket.
Ticket id will be unique.
Case below; First page will be the summary page and every day Power bi creates a new dynamic page (s) based on number of tickets...In this case, it will create 2 detailed page, which has other information about the ticket..Any pointers? ideas?
| Date Opened | Ticket Number | Details |
| 30/May/2022 | 123 | Open bank account |
| 30/May/2022 | 1234 | Create access |
Will the detail page be the same format each time (or near enough)? I'm not sure you can dynamically create pages, but you could have a generic detail page and the use a Ticket Number slicer to filter it.
at the moment, we have it set up like that to use a slicer to go the details, but now we are thinking of subscribing people to it as a PDF attachment. In this case each detailed page should have the details fo the tickets raised 😞
