Dynamic title using 2 different columns
Hi! I'm trying to do something I thought would be simple, but I'm having trouble getting it right. I want to create a title at the top of my dashboard page that has the fixed text "SALES DASHBOARD" ...

Hello nok
The issue is that VALUES() returns a table, not a scalar value, which causes the error when used inside a string concatenation. To fix this, you’ll want to use CONCATENATEX() to convert selected values into a string.
DashboardTitle = "SALES DASHBOARD " & IF ( ISFILTERED ( MyTable[Year] ), " - " & CONCATENATEX ( VALUES ( MyTable[Year] ), MyTable[Year], ", " ), "" ) & IF ( ISFILTERED ( MyTable[Area] ), " - " & CONCATENATEX ( VALUES ( MyTable[Area] ), MyTable[Area], ", " ), "" )
