    Hi gyeea84,

    AFAIK, current power bi slicers not support to set default value of dynamic value.

    I'd like to suggest you refer to the following link to add a calculated column to check the date value and return tag, then use this column to create slicer and savleh the change into bookmark.

    Slicer default to latest date of a column 

    Slicer filter ranges will changes when Dax expressions re-calculated based on the current date.
