I have a report visual that is tied to a chiclet slicer. I am trying to create a measure that will change the title based on the users
selection. I would like the titles to reflect "ALL","Multiple" and "Single". I can't seem to figure out how to capture the value of the slicer when nothing is selected which reflects "ALL". This is my measure so far.
Product Category Title = IF (COUNT('Cat'[CatDescr])=1, "Category Selected: " & VALUES('Cat'[CatDescr]), IF (COUNT('Cat'[CatDescr])> 1, "Category Selected: Multiple"))
I have Multiple and Forced off. The visual reflects "ALL" by default with nothing selected. When one is then selected the Title is Correct "Category Selected" then when a second one is selected "Multiple" shows.
How do I get "All" to show when nothing is selected.
Thanks for your help
Hi @bdoiron,
Please try out the measure below.
Product Category Title = IF ( HASONEVALUE ( 'Cat'[CatDescr] ), IF ( COUNT ( 'Cat'[CatDescr] ) = 1, "Category Selected: " & VALUES ( 'Cat'[CatDescr] ), IF ( COUNT ( 'Cat'[CatDescr] ) > 1, "Category Selected: Multiple" ) ), "ALL" )
Best Regards,
Dale
