Hello Community,

Can we remove the auto message generated when subscribing to a power bi report as per the below:

 "You’re receiving this email because xx@yyy.com subscribed you to the 'test' report. The image above was generated on October 14, 2024 9:02 UTC."

I am sorry to inform you that in the current Power BI functionality, it is not directly possible to achieve the complete removal of default system generated messages from subscription emails as requested by the user.Power BI has some limitations on the content and layout of subscription emails, and the default system messages can not be deleted or customized.Below are the posts I found for you about what has already been resolved.
