Hi @Rama_k ,

You can create a slicer in Power BI that allows you to select the day, month, quarter, or year and displays the total sales for the selected period. Here are the steps to do so:

Create a new table in the data model that contains the date columns and the sales column.

Create a new measure for each period you want to display (day, month, quarter, year) that calculates the total sales for that period.

Total Sales by Month =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( Sales[Sales] ),
    DATESYTD ( Dates[Date] ),
    VALUES ( Dates[Month] )
)

Create a new column in the table that combines the date columns into a single date column.

Create a new slicer that allows you to select the period you want to display (day, month, quarter, year).

Create a new visual that displays the total sales for the selected period.
