Dynamic measure when you deselect a slicer

Hi guys, Is it possible to change measure displayed on a report when you deselect all values in a slicer. Currently, it returns the total value for the measure but I want it to change to a specific value if the slicer is deselected.

You can use ISFILTERED(Table[Slicer Column]) to check whether nothing is selected on the slicer
