Greg_Deckler Rankx doesn't adjust to further filtering, shows same static values as the power-query made index column..
Also it shows same number if the "Works since" date is the same for multiple workers, so I guess this should be something like multiple criteria ranking, by "Works since date" (From oldest to newest) and if date is the same then rank by "Name" from A to Z.
