Dynamic date filter for number of periods

Hello,

I want to create 2 slicers as shown below (one for the period selection and the other for the numbers), using my date column. What is the best way to do it?

Hi  @alcakdata ,

You can click "Get more visual" – select Timeline Slicer Visual

This Visual can select perid(D, W, M, Q), and then select the specific week below

Result:

Hey @amitchandak, thanks for your reply!

Well I want to have 2 slicers to filter time, one for the perid (D, W, M, Q), and the next for the "Last N" number of those periods. When a user chooses "W" in the first one and "15" in the next one, the page sould show the last 15 weeks of data. Does that make sense?

@alcakdata , Not very clear. Check examples

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.
If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
Appreciate your Kudos.
