No matter what I try, or how I ask it, the dynamic value will not work. I have a table like this one:
Attribute | Added | Other | Slipped |
Total Awarded Amount | 125800.00 | 584235 | 135894.52 |
Total Baseline Amount | 0 | 450000 | 45822 |
Total Percent Change | 0 | 0.280966 | 0.361256 |
What I am trying to do is get the value based on the column name (Other, Added, Slipped) and based on the value in the Arrtibute column.
As you can see though it just keeps giving me the wrong value, it should be giving me 450000. I don't know if I need to specify the table for each of those value (if so, I can't figure out how) or how to get it to work without me having to create sperate tables for each scenario.
What I like to do for these is create a measure for the thing I'm trying to display and reference the measure in the text instead of trying to get the AI to translate it. Here's a video describing the process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i51w9hmsIpU
Try keeping it really simple like, other for Total Baseline Amount. There is something odd about the way the statement is getting presented in the test box as 'on' is also underlined. So also cross check the name of the column.
