Hello, 

I'm trying to create a dynamic Dashboard to estimate the profitability of potential investments with measures like IRR. I created a "What If" Parameter to show me how many periods an investment will last. This parameter goes from 1 to 60 months, for an example. What I need to do is to create a new table with 12 rows when users selected number 12 at "What If" parameter. Is that possible?

If you are referring to calculated table when you say new table, that is not possible as it is saved back into the model upon creation and doesn't update dynamically based on slicer selections. However, a table visual and some conditional DAX measures may help you achieve your requirement. Please see image below and the link to a sample PBIX
